What to expect on Sunday mornings:

Calvary Lakewood is a safe place to come and explore and ask questions about Jesus and who he claims to be.  You don’t need to worry about wearing special clothes, when the last time you went to church was, or having all of your “t’s” crossed and “i’s” dotted.  We are a church full of imperfect people who depend on the grace of God through Jesus Christ every day.  As a church we desire to serve the neighborhoods of Central Lakewood. Whether you have lived in Lakewood for 2 years or 82 years, we hope you would be encouraged by a visit to Calvary.  We are not a perfect church but strive to be an authentic community of people who love God, love each other, and love our city. We would love to meet you!

Our Calvary Kids childcare is provided every Sunday with activities and lessons from the Gospel Project curriculum.

Definitely not.  Our church meets and serves together in various locations throughout the Lakewood area through Community Groups. These small groups meet during the school year to further study the passage from Sunday and seek to live in authentic, Biblical community that challenges and encourages each person to grow in following Jesus.  For more information on these groups you can click HERE.
If you are new to Calvary or have just started checking us out, you probably have a lot of questions. This page lists some of the things that people usually want to find more about.
